Customer Success is at the core of what InVine is great at!
You’ll manage our team of beverage Database curators, ensuring all deliverables get ready on time and controlling overall quality. You will work with the Sales Team to help onboard new customers, guaranteeing a smooth end-to-end experience.
You’ll be responsible for managing success/satisfaction for a designated set of customers, working with the product team to collect feedback and next generation feature requirements. You’ll be an active member at the experience improvement program and a contributor to our product beta testing program.
All in all, you’ll join the team that is getting 10 out of 10 customers to LOVE us so much.
Who are you:
You are energetic, proactive and milestone-oriented. You show great attention to detail, you’re a generally organized person and passionate about providing a top notch service to customers.
You are proficient working with web tools.
Your background should be in relevant areas like Social Communication, Marketing, Design, Management, Journalism or Economics.
