Coordenador de logística (M/F)

Are you passionate about logistics and ready to take on a key role in a fast-moving distribution environment?
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Arazede (Portugal).
You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing warehouse operations, and optimizing transport routes for automotive parts and tires — ensuring that everything runs smoothly from supplier to customer.
What you’ll do:

🔸 Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations

🔸 Manage transport and customs documentation

🔸 Plan and monitor national distribution routes

🔸 Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse teams

🔸 Ensure data accuracy and efficiency across all logistics flows

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience in logistics coordination or transport operations

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills

✅ Attention to detail and ability to solve problems proactively

✅ Proficiency in Excel and logistics software (WMS/TMS)

✅ Fluent in English and Portuguese
