We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor – who speaks French or Italian+Spanish, as well as fluent in English (written and spoken) – to work at a Multinational Company in Portugal, Lisbon or Porto.
The conditions are according to the following requirements:
- We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to perform Inbound Support by phone and email and chat and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts.
- Our client is seeking bright, articulate, detailoriented applicants with a desire to contribute to world class customer service.
- This position requires an actionorientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems.
- Italian+Spanish or French Native Speaker – (mandatory);
- Fluent English (for training)
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication;
- Patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress;
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality;
- Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills;
- Dynamic and pro-customer attitude;
- Great interest in new technologies
- High School diploma or equivalent
- With experience at least 3 months in similar position (technical support & customer service – not mandatory)
Our Client offers:
- Complete training;
- Good work conditions, stable employment – full time contract (40 h/week); *Working hours based on client’s needs , mainly Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00
