In addition to the qualifications listed below, we are looking for candidates who are also available to work some weekends and a few night-shifts, possess strong problem-solving abilities, thrive in guest interactions, and are team players. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Portuguese
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Quick learner with proficient computer skills
