Your new role

As part of our Safety and Compliance team, you will:

To proactively contact existing Healthcare Professionals across Ireland who have Employment Documents, Qualifications, and Certificates expiring;
Through reports, automation and proactively telephoning existing staff, you will ensure that staff, patients and service users remain safe;
You will give advance notice to the Recruitment and Booking Team when staff are going to be non-compliant and unavailable to work for us;
Search for Compliant workers who have some documents expiring soon;
Working with diverse, high-calibre customers, accelerating your understanding of the world of work;
Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships.

What you’ll need to succeed

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds, we just need you to be interested in learning and have an ambition to succeed. Either way, you know you are:

Fluent in English;
Comfortable dealing with challenging people;
Friendly personality, and comfortable asking questions;
Highly Organised;
+1 Year of experience – any background is considered, but previous experience in a phone-based position it’s a plus;
Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers.
