We are currently looking forward to hiring an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with following responsibilities:

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes to share with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Be Tech Lover.
Be passionate about recruitment
Have at least 1 year working as Talent Acquisition.
Have a bachelor degree.
Have, at least, a B2 English level.
Have very good communication skills.
Be people oriented person.
Be nice and kind.
