Job Description:

Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for the hotel industry? We are seeking a Hotel Financial Controller to manage and oversee financial reporting aspects of our hotel portfolio operations. Your expertise in finance, knowledge of hotel operation and accounting practices, as well as strong leadership skills will play a vital role in our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.

· Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and report directly to senior management.

· Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

· Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

· Collaborate with other departments to drive profitability and efficient financial processes.

· Liaise with different operations managers and hotel teams to provide guidance and support.

· Assist in financial planning and investment decisions.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Financial Controller in the hotel industry.

· Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

· Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

· Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance, namely USALI.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Hotel Management or a related field (required).
