Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is looking for a Fixed Assets Specialist (m/f):

What you will do in your new role:

– Create fixed asset master record;

– Load/Apply asset adjustment postings;

– Depreciate fixed asset;

– Retire fixed asset;

– Asset verification;

– Receive approved charges and relevant cost object codes;

– Process intercompany invoices from local entity;

– Process intercompany invoices to local entity;

– Upload internal charges and relevant postings;

– Receive and reconcile intercompany transactions;

– Support internal audits;

– Manage external audits.

What distinguishes you:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business;

– Fluency in English;

– Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application (SAP preferred);

– Record to report experience or experience of working in a finance environment;

– Ability to work under pressure;

– Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person;

– Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
