We’re currently seeking a

Account Payable Manager

Main responsibilities and duties :

· Manages and supervises the accounts payable department.

· Proposes improvements to the accounting area of its scope, process, procedures and operating methods, and implements them once they have been validated,

· Establishes reportings, ensuring the reliability of the information,

· Produces indicators on the functioning of the service (KPI),

· Justifies suppliers’ overdue and down payments & advances paid to his hierarchy

· Carries out the tasks related to the account payables accountant’s mission which he/she also maintains

Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience

Accounting / Account Payable background and a minimum of 2/3 years of professional experience.

Professional abilities

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· SAP experience – Preferred

· Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Localization: Tondela, Portugal

Contract type: Temporary contract 12 months (renewable)

Starting date: ASAP
