We are looking for a Chairman Executive Assistant for an international and recognized company specialized in the Retail and Logistics sector with HQ in Malawi, but also with subsidiaries in Dubai and Mozambique.
Main responsabilities:
You will be part of the Chairman Advisors team and part of the daily tasks will be:
Manage requests from the Chairman Advisors and CEO, and their respective family members.
Travel Management, Logistics, and Coordination for all its procedures
Preparation of national and international meetings
Giving support to the Human Resources department in the early steps of the Recruitment stage for internal staff
Events Organization and Staff Management.
Requirements to be sucessful:
Degree in a relevant field of study
Minimum 8 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant
Skilled in the use of apps and technology
Excellent Secretarial skills.
Fluent in English
Mother Tongue portuguese
