Key Accountabilities
– Ensuring the needs in terms of HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS), as well as the consistency and reliability of the related information;
– Preparation of HR data reports to senior leadership, with solutions driven approach;
– Analysis of best practices in terms of HR Analytics, while ensuring right recommendations and follow-up to management;
– Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, together with key performance metrics and related benchmarkings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field
5+ years of experience working in the human resources field
2+ years of experience in human resources analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good stakeholders management
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Fluency in English
Location: Lisboa/Porto/Fundão. This position will be hybrid.
