To support the growth of the company, LBC is recruiting for the following position, to work from our office in Lisbon (hybrid model).

LBC (https://www.lbc-global.com/en/) is a business consulting and digital transformation company with a training academy to serve clients, experience in more than 1.000 projects in 17 countries and with more than 20 multilateral entities, such as the World Bank, United Nations, African Development Bank, among others.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a renowned global management strategy consulting firm with a proven track record of success in driving organizational performance
Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization
High level of adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities effectively
Deep understanding of technology trends, AI, tools, frameworks and best practices in the industry (cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development methodologies and more)
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive for results and a focus on creating value for stakeholders
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the LBC portfolio of business
Act as a key advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making
Drive the execution of critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
Coordinate and manage communication between various teams, stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration
Oversee the preparation of materials for board meetings, presentations and other engagements
Manage and optimize CEO’s schedule, ensuring his time is allocated effectively and efficiently
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across the organization
Act as a representative of LBC in internal and external meetings, events and engagements

The selected person will report to the CEO and the IT Senior Manager and support the project management and the commercial teams with technical expertise.

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. We will support relocation such as immigration visa, housing needs, etc if required. Preference is given to Portuguese-speaking and German-speaking candidates and candidates residing in Portugal, Germany, Brazil, Cape Verde, South Africa or Bay Area (San Francisco/ Silicon Valley).
