JOB: ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCE ASSISTANT
The Administrative & Finance Assistant provides comprehensive support to the administrative and financial activities of the organization. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, requiring attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Assist in the preparation and treatment of financial documents, such as invoices and suppliers documents
· Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
· Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences account/bank reconciliations
· Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.
· Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
· Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
· Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
· Manage and organize office operations, maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records and documentation.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or similar;
· Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills. (English is mandatory)
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
· Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Location – Office (5 days/week)
· Compensation: Salary Range: 15.000€ to 18.000€/year + health insurance + bonus eligibility
