Are you a German speaker with a passion for translating and a keen interest in the world of entertainment? New Adventures, a leading entertainment news platform, is seeking a talented translator to join our team. As a translator, you will play a crucial role in bringing the latest entertainment news to our German-speaking audience.

Responsibilities:

Translate English entertainment news articles into German with accuracy and cultural sensitivity;

Ensure the translated content maintains the original tone, style, and intent of the source material;

Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple translation projects simultaneously;

Collaborate effectively with the editorial team to provide timely and high-quality translations;

Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and terminology in the entertainment industry.

Requirements:

Resident or worker in German-speaking country(s) for at least 10 years (mandatory);

Proven experience as a translator, particularly in the field of entertainment news;

Live in Lisbon (mandatory);

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high translation quality;

Excellent attention to detail and linguistic proficiency;

Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevancy of translated content;

Familiarity with content management systems and translation tools is a plus.
