Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer

General Requirements

· Relevant education or strong practical background.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in SQL server and ability to write SQL queries.

· Develop backend solutions according to requirements.

· Willingness to learn new technologies.

· Hardware and Network understanding is valued.

· IT support experience is valued.

Job Requirements

· Experienced in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO)

· Experience with Axapta ver. 2012 is an advantage

· Can develop in X++ (C#, C++) and migrate larger projects between platforms

· Knowledge of D365FO best practice

· Builds documentation for both programmers and users

· Experience with SQL databases and script development

Responsibilities

· Develop and support Bodum’s Dynamics 365 FO platform.

· Maintain and improve the documentation for the D365FO Platform and integrated systems.

· Maintain and develop on our D365FO EDI setup.

· Respond to support calls and emails in order to keep internal clients informed as to the status of their support enquiry.

· Support Bodum’s users globally on D365FO related requests and issues on a daily basis.

· Escalate any tickets you are unable to fix in a timely manner.

· Supporting the roll-out of new functionalities.
