Job purpose and key activities:

The customer service representative will be allocated to a specific group of accounts, being the privileged point of contact for all order processing topics. For the more complex accounts this could mean handling more complex order processes (e.g. customer stock levels such as consignment, complex export and logistics / documentary requirements).
This requires a high level of collaboration with commercial managers and agents to deliver service and enhanced growth opportunities with the customer base.

Education, experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 years’ experience as a customer service, customer success, or other similar role, preferably within the wine packaging industry
Previous experience in Customer Service is imperative
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player
Have worked with an ERP;
History of being a compassionate problem solver with great communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong passion for customer happiness
Mandatory: Italian
Multilingual: Portuguese + English + Spanish + French;
