  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica – Preferencialmente Sistemas Elétricos de Energia;

Principais funções e responsabilidades:

  • Planeamento e gestão de trabalhos na empreitada contínua para a EDP Distribuição, nomeadamente na resolução de avarias de Baixa Tensão;
  • Elaboração de relatórios diários e mensais dos trabalhos desenvolvidos;
  • Acompanhamento das equipas no sentido da melhoria contínua na execução dos trabalhos;
  • Gestão de pedidos de levantamento de rede elétrica.

Overseas Country Manager

Base Location: The base location of this position will be flexible according to the strategy of the corporation.

  • Fully responsible for the establishment, maintenance and expansion of branch supervised, including all aspects of business development, marketing, training, operation, finance, human resources, logistics, warehouse, management information systems, etc;
  • In accordance with the overall development objectives of the region and strategic planning, formulate and implement sales goals and profit plan of branch;
  • Establish and manage the office team and distributor team, standardize marketing procedure and business development process, implement marketing objectives; guide and provide training for distributors;
  • In accordance with the regulation of the group and regional development, cooperate and optimize business policy according to the branch business situation, expand the distributor networking and users;
  • Planning and manage market activities/ events, implement the activities of business/market promotion and advertising reasonably and effectively;
  • Conduct market research, compare comparable industries and products, keep professional analysis of the related data, provide the optimized and improved plan accordingly;
  • Planning in line with company policy, cooperate with the distributor team for marketing and networking development;
  • Finish the group and regional assignments and implement various business policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or above;
  • Desirable 5 years+ experience in Direct Selling /Network/MLM;
  • Have experience in sales and marketing management; Ideal candidates will have knowledge of business policy, market development, product promotion and distributor training, branch management experience is preferrd;
  • Proficient in English writing and speaking; fluent in Chinese will be a plus.

Position Summary, Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creates, develops or adapts Product Design concepts based on internal standards, calculations, trials, measurements, bench tests, CAE simulations, process methods or inputs from customers.
  • Checks and releases 2D drawings and 3D models within the associated project or product under serial production.
  • Establishes Interface with Customer for Product and Specifications definition.
  • Participates in the Validation Plan definition throughout the Project implementation, establishing the interface with Customer for product validation.
  • Responsible for presenting product analysis results to internal and external project customers.
  • Leads the DFMEA release and establishes the Product Special Characteristics definition.
  • Coordinates the Planning and production of Prototype Samples.
  • Creates and participates on the release of the Prototype Control Plan.
  • Can coordinate Prototype Production Cost Calculation.
  • Can coordinate the Project Development and Project team up to Industrialization Kick off.
  • Creates or participates on Product Engineering Standards releases.
  • Defines the Product Special Characteristics for individual components.
  • Will require materials selection, standards use and tolerance definition for casted, machined, bent or stamped components.
  • Technically assists the Production Plants within the scope of the products under serial production, for any required change due to product design correction, upgrade, or cost reduction.
  • Scope of responsibility will include a wide range of difficult and complex problems.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of organization, method, accuracy, and a good understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances.

  • 4 years of experience as Product engineer in Automotive Industry – Engine components
  • 4 years of experience as project Manager in Automotive Industry – Engine components
