Main responsibilities:

  • Qualification and re-qualification of equipment, machines, areas, rooms and utilities systems (including generate protocols);
  • Equipment/instruments calibration process
  • Produce and manage all documentation related to the job performed: Calibration/validations forms, protocols and reports.
  • Manage and meet agreed time schedules.

Profile:

  • Education – Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar
  • Easy interpersonal relationship and ability to work in team.
  • Ability to manage and solve problems.
  • Ability to manage projects within the established deadlines.
  • Proactivity and autonomy are essential characteristics for the performance of the function.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Driving license
  • Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pharmacovigilance Junior Officer

Main activities:

  • Literature screening
  • Reception and Follow-up of cases
  • Provide support in the elaboration of Risk Management Plans (RMPs)
  • Update of xEVMPD database
  • Provide support in elaboration and revision of Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)
  • Provide support in the responses to medical information enquiries
  • Perform the activity of reconciliation of safety information
  • Link between Pharmacovigilance Department and Regulatory Affairs and Complaints Departments
  • Update of SmPCs/ PILs
  • Monitoring Portuguese and International legislation and its applicability with respect to Pharmacovigilance field
  • Provide support to other Pharmacovigilance activities whenever needed

Profile:

  • Degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 1-year Pharmacovigilance experience
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good adaptability and organization
  • Good management and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Capacity to manage projects within the established deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs activities will be valued

Job Summary

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs. Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs. Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution. Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
