Este profissional terá como principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atividades de suporte à empresa na componente de Fiscalidade mediante a recolha, tratamento e análise de informação, com vista ao enquadramento fiscal de operações de âmbito nacional e internacional;
  • Apoio no cumprimento de obrigações fiscais, designadamente em sede de IRC, IVA e no âmbito da regulamentação de preços transferência.

Perfil do Candidato:

  • Formação superior em Economia, Gestão, Contabilidade ou Direito;
  • Experiência profissional em funções similares superior a 2 anos (preferencialmente adquirida em consultora multinacional);
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de Contabilidade e Fiscalidade Portuguesa ao nível dos vários impostos existentes;
  • Experiência na preparação de declarações fiscais (Modelo 22 e declarações de IVA);
  • Experiência na emissão de pareceres sobre questões de índole fiscal;

Photography Coordinator

The role is responsible for the supervision and management of the Photography Stills Team focusing on the team’s skills development for the increasing demands of the business.

Reporting to the Studio Operations Manager, he/she will be responsible for driving results and productivity in the Photography Studios as part of the implemented Kaizen methodology, as well as assuring a high level of quality of the final product on the site.

What you’ll do:

  • Train talented photographers in the several techniques and processes used according to the production requirements of the company
  • Coordinate the human resources needed on a daily basis according to the planning requirements
  • Help develop the team by delegating specific tasks and responsibilities allowing them to stretch their capabilities, feel accountable and valued
  • Set strong KPI’s for the team members and manage their progression through daily coaching and formal fortnight catch-ups
  • Follow and evaluate the team in order to identify their strengths and their priorities in terms of development and enhance their motivation as part of the company’s PDPs
  • Assure an effective communication and the execution of the present production processes through regular presence on the daily team meetings and regular team follow-up
  • Promote, test, document and implement changes in the production processes in the light of the continuous improvement culture of the Kaizen methodology
  • Monitor and assure the fulfilment of the daily set production targets, finding reasons for the variances and correcting them
  • Assure that all technical resources are conducive to high quality standards in order to assure Farfetch reaches market leader standard in regards to its product imagery
